JYC catch up....

here are my pages 21st - 30th Dec. I am loving my very fat christmas journal :) We went to the cinema today with nikki and her two to watch madagascar2, it was fab. i love the writers who put subtle adult humour in kids films for the parents. Hopefully we are off to watch bedtime stories this week too :)

forgot to say...

We went to see this on xmas eve, OMG it was fantastic. i usually hate the films that are created from awesome books as they usually alter the story, but this wow i cant wait for the next film to be made. If you have not read the TWilight Series of books, go order them, they are so encaptivating, i am almost at the end of the thirs book Eclipse and i cant wait to read Breaking dawn No4 which is next to my bed waiting patiently.

This week...

Image
This week has been so busy! Monday get to work only to be called in the afternoon as george was being ill at school, spent tuesday with him on sofa whilst his temp hit 100. Drugged and back to school wednesday as it was nativity/carol service, pics of my three below. Charli had a readers part and read her lines very loud and clear, then proceeded to sing louder and clearer then everyone else, bless her born actress :) ALso on wednesday i got disciplined at work for having to take tuesday off to look after george, apparently i should find someone else to take care of him when he is ill so i can work.. not sure which planet they live on but it is not the real one. the caring sharing face of a modern police service NOT! The gorgeous James singing away. George was sitting on the other side of the hall, so a few shots but he saw me and was pulling faces :) And, charli waiting to go on stage, can you see the excitement in her. My children are all so similar but then all so different...

Crimbo tree 2008

Image
Yesterday whilst the children were out, i bought my tree. I love the fact that now the children are getting older i can have a real tree again. So off i went and bought the tree, struggled to get it in its stand, not easy on your own and the left it to settle. I can home from the pickly afternoon (see below post) and decorated my tree. I have only white glass baubles, silver bells and beads with white lights. i Love it totally totally love it. I tried to take a few pics of it, including a blurry one which i actually like lol. Feeling very festive now...

An afternoon in a Pickle....

Image
Spent an awesome afternoon in the company of 7 great girlies and a Pickle (lance Anderson). The Rusty Pickle White christmas album workshop was arranged by Lily from Scrapshed and it is an awesome 12x12 album, i just need to add finishing touches to mine before i share. If you get a chance to goto this workshop grab it as the kit is awesome and so worth the money, and Lance well he is a genuinely nice guy and put up with us all being as loud as ever.

Twas the night before christmas....

Twas the night before Christmas, I'm glued to the tree.I'm wondering what Santa brought just for me.Could it be cardstock or chipboard or lace?Or a Cricut, I said, with a smile on my face. And that's when I heard him, "Hi Santa, " I said "You know....good little girls should be in their beds." "I know I should Santa, and now I've got caught. But I was just so excitedTo see what you brought." "Well, let's take a lookin this room where you work. He shook his head quickly,And left with a jerk. I heard him exclaim as he put it in gear. "You've got enough cr*p,I'll see you next year!" I saw this on UKS and smiled...

catch up.....

Image
Phew what a busy week so far! Last sunday was george's 8th birthday :) below are a few pics from the party and george. It was also Henrys 8th birthday too so they had a joint party hence so many children. Last night we went to the Capital Radio Jingle Bell Ball at the O2, awesome is not a big enough word to describe it. I cant wait for next year. I did not take my camera with me, and as you say why? in your head, i have no idea and so wish i had taken it. so below are a few pics taken with my phone. They had an indoor ski slope for snowboarding, wish we had got there earlier lol. Be glad once it saturday and i can chill x

i survived!!!!!

I survived 48, yes 48 children at george and henrys 8th birthday party. Never ever again though i was so tired at the end. Then george hugged me and said that it was the best birthday ever and that was before he had opened any of his presents, so my heart melted and it all became worth it. boy when did i turn into a mushy softy mum lol Back later with pics
