With this months altered art calendar pages... This is it so far! Need to add journalling spots and remember what I have done so far this month lol

So I have being playing about with the idea for my June pages, version one was lots of dry brushing red/white/blue paint, it was ok but everything seemed to get lost on the page, so me being me ripped it out of my journal and started again. I completed the background and bunting and was searching for some images.... Upon checking etsy for the octopode stamps I saw this sheet of images. Now my entire book this year has an awful lot of octopode people but I just love them. Anyhow apart from a little doodling I love my June pages....

Well apart from the title, here are my May pages, whoo hoo it's the 18th and I am already sorted for next month. It's so unlike me to be so organised but I absolutely love the Octopode stamps and downloaded sheets available on etsy.com. Love love love them and have used images every month so far. Plus I have just bought and downloaded a new sheet of images, can't wait to use them. Hope over to her shop and have a look. Ok off to chill on sofa with the children and watch the big bang theory that we are majorly addicted too! Have fun x

Wow who can believe that its march already????? Here's my march entry for the altered art journal. I love constructing my pages each month. This month I have used more of the fab octopode downloaded digi images. cosmic shimmer sprays, bubble wrap and acrylic paint. added some fabric thickers and tah dah my march pages... The colours are much softer than shown, not sure why the colours have changed on my phone so much. oh well.... And the best thing about this month is the clocks spring forward and it will be light in the evenings, i love the light evenings, chilling in the garden, fire bucket lit and just chill... roll on summer
